Since 1999 Jack McKinnon has been providing outstanding service to clients around the San Francisco Bay Area, drawing upon his 35 years of gardening experience to solve their gardening needs. Jack honed his trade for 12 years as a Sunset Magazine gardener. As well as garden coaching, Jack also writes regular gardening columns for several Bay Area magazines, and has served as a board member for the San Mateo Arboretum.

The Garden Coach Do?
During a typical garden coaching session you will spend an hour and one half to two hours with Jack walking through your garden. You will discuss your needs, skills, time, and budget. Then, Jack will lead you through your garden identifying plants, making suggestions, and providing information about watering, fertilizing, and pruning. Take notes or record the session because you won't want to forget any of the information in the session. Learn how to be your own landscape designer with Jack's knowledge and guidance.
